Victoria is Australia’s second smallest but most densley populated state with the most diverse landscapes ranging from rainforest, mountains, snowfields and rugged coastlines.
Temperatures vary widely in this state from warm dry summers to cool wet winters. It is possible to experience four seasons in one day here.
The capital city is the sophisticated, culitivated Melbourne, voted the wolrds most liveable city, which is a melting pot of all different nationalities and clutures offering some of the best gourmet treats in Australia.
There are fantastic waves found in Victoria outside of the city. To the East is the Penninsula and further East again is Phillip Island home to the Fairy Penguins.
To the West you get waves in the Torquay and Barwon Heads region. Torquay is home to the famous Bells Beach and fantastic beach breaks. Further West you’ll find the giant waves of Down South or the Ship Wreck Coast.
Whatever level of surfer you are, Victoria has everything on offer.
