We offer week long surf camps, clinics, and private lessons in Mal Pais and Santa Teresa Costa Rica.

We are very affordable and cheap in comparison to schools/camps in our area.

We cater to all levels and abilities.

All camps are co-ed and all ages (families and groups encouraged).

We provide all equipment, professional instruction, excellent housing, and an all over safe and comfortable environment for lea ring to surf.

I would like you to know that we at TropicOlas are all about loving the oceans and surf.  We practice and teach respect for other surfers and our waters. 

Some of the classes we offer out side the water are: intro to ding repair (fix basic dings), basic oceanography (where do waves come from), Ethics of surfing (surf with respect), intro to Spanish and Tico (Costa Rican) Culture.  We also focus a lot on safety, proper stretching (yoga), and proper technique.
