It is amazing how proper SURF instruction can accelerate your learning curve and take away some of the frustration most beginner surfers face. Our instructors are all ocean lifeguards and have years of experience, and are knowledgeable, personable, friendly and will help in your rapid progression THROUGHOUT YOUR ENTIRE LESSON.

Pacific surf school was established in 1997 at Mission Beach , San Diego . It is the labor of love of former Californian lifeguard and ex-professional surfer Emiliano Abate. Since then has formed together with other surfing individuals and companies which have brought Pacific surf to where it stands today.

Pacific surf school is an officially licensed,insured surf school and surf camp , permited by the city of San Diego and has been forming over 25,000 surfers successfully since 1998. Our school has two white canopies mounted daily on the beach and uses the colors Orange Floral decorations. Pacific Surf School is situated west (Ocean side) in front of Ostend Court and the Boardwalk south of tower 18.

Pacific surf school also branched out globally offering a variety of year round surf trips and surf camps in various destinations in Brazil, Indonesia, Portugal and Mexico.
